For the Overthinkers & Second-Guessers

Online therapy for anxiety, overthinking, and self-doubt.

You can think something through a hundred different ways and still wonder if you've missed something. Sometimes understanding why you're worried doesn't make the worrying stop.

When your mind has a lot to say.

When Thinking Becomes Exhausting

Anxiety and overthinking can show up in all kinds of ways.

Maybe you:

  • Replay conversations long after they're over.

  • Second-guess decisions, even small ones.

  • Imagine worst-case scenarios and try to prepare for all of them.

  • Worry about how others perceive you.

  • Have a hard time relaxing because there's always something else to consider.

  • Look for reassurance but find that the relief doesn't last very long.

And sometimes you know you're overthinking. You've told yourself to stop, taken a breath, maybe even made a perfectly reasonable list.

And yet, here you are.

Knowing something logically doesn't always change how it feels.

Getting Curious About What's Underneath

I'm not interested in telling you to simply stop worrying or think more positively.

Instead, we can explore what your mind is trying to anticipate, prevent, or protect you from. We might notice how anxiety shows up in your body, what happens when uncertainty enters the picture, or how certain expectations keep you questioning yourself.

Some sessions might focus on practical ways to navigate a stressful situation or make a decision. Others might take us into the patterns and experiences that make certain situations feel so difficult.

The goal isn't to never worry again or become someone who always feels confident.

It's to have more room to make choices, even when you don't have every possible outcome figured out.
