Every person who comes to therapy has a different story, different goals, and different reasons for reaching out. Some people are navigating anxiety or burnout.
Others are moving through a life transition, struggling in relationships, grieving a loss, setting boundaries, or simply noticing that something in their life no longer feels the way it used to.
Wherever you're starting, we'll begin there.
Individual
Therapy
Every person who comes to therapy has a different story, different goals, and different reasons for reaching out.
Maybe anxiety or overthinking has been taking up way too much space. Maybe something is changing in your relationships, family, work, or sense of who you are. You might be grieving, burned out, trying to set boundaries, or realizing that something that used to work for you...doesn't anymore.
You don't have to have the perfect explanation for why you're here.
We can start with what you know.

What You Can Expect

Some sessions may focus on practical support for what's happening right now, a difficult conversation, managing anxiety, navigating a relationship, or making an important decision.
Other sessions may invite us to look a little deeper at the experiences, beliefs, or ways of coping that continue to influence your life today.
We'll move between both, depending on what you need.
My Hope
I'm not expecting you to leave therapy with every part of your life figured out. I'm much more interested in what happens when you understand yourself well enough to have more choice.
Maybe you notice something sooner. Say the thing you usually swallow. Trust your own read on a situation. Try something differently. Or recognize that an old way of protecting yourself isn't needed in quite the same way anymore.
Those shifts can be small. They still matter.
My hope is that what we do here becomes useful to you out there.
